| Terms & Conditions of Sales | |
| DEFINITIONS | |
| 1. | "NTL" means Neuron Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance, Cap.32 of the Laws of Hong Kong, SAR. |
| 2. | "Customer" means the person who buys or agrees to buy the Products from NTL. |
| 3. | "Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document. |
| 4. | "Delivery date" means the date specified by NTL when the Products are to be delivered. |
| 5. | "Products" means those goods specified. |
| 6. | "Price" means the price for the Products excluding tax, tariff and delivery charge. |
| 7. | "Customer Order Form" means the order confirmation from customer to NTL. |
| 8. | "Order Notification" means the acknowledgement from NTL to customer confirming the receive of the Customer Order Form and accept the order. |

| 1. | Validity |
| These terms & conditions of sale govern the sale and supply of goods by NTL to you. NTL may amend these terms & conditions from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on the NTL site. | |
| 2. | NTL's Contract With You |
| No contract shall exist between you and NTL until NTL has sent you an Order Notification by email or fax and acceptance of your order. NTL is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on NTL's site or for unavailability (see 3. below). NTL reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered. | |
| 3. | Pricing and Availability |
| The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the NTL site. Such information is subjected to change without notice. Each price, as displayed, is exclusive of tax, tariff and delivery charge. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that NTL needs to vary the price due to cost increases or site errors for example, following confirmation of your order. NTL shall send you a notification by email or fax and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order if NTL has not done so itself. | |
| 4. | Payment |
| You can settle the payment online after the receive of the Order Notification. Your credit card will be debited on your accept of the online payment. The order will be cancelled automatically if no payment is made after14 days on the issue of the Order Notification to you. | |
| 5. | Delivery of Goods |
| NTL shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the NTL site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. NTL may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery. | |
| 6. | NTL Guarantee and Returns Policy |
| If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return any of them to NTL for an exchange or refund within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods with the completed Goods Return Form (provided with the goods). You shall be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. NTL recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. NTL shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these terms and conditions, NTL's only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. | |
| 7. | Governing Law and Jurisdiction |
| Contracts between you and NTL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, PRC | |
| 8. | Invalidity of Terms and Conditions |
| If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. | |
